Crumbs
Crumbs Bake Shop has various locations throughout New York City. The one I go to most is the one in Time Square, right near the Broadway theatre. Prices per large cupcake are around $4.50. But there cupcakes are definitely meant to share!
Pinkberry
Pinkberry is a frozen yogurt chain with various locations in New York City. I usually go to the one in Hell's Kitchen (between 42nd and 43rd street). At Pinkberry you can get a healthy and very tasty treat starting at $3.15.
Stage Deli and Carnegie Deli
These are two of the most famous (and my favourite) delis in New York City. They have the best triple decker sandwiches and cheesecakes that are built for two.
Stage Deli
Stage Deli is located minutes away from most Broadway theatres, located between 53rd and 54th street. This is my go-to place to eat before going to any Broadway show or even after a show. They have a large array of New York style cheesecakes, such as cherry, chocolate marble, strawberry, blueberry, oreo, etc. My favourite is their classic strawberry flavour. These cheesecakes are between $10-$12 per slice, and should be shared.
**Saving Tip: Go to their website and print out their home page. If you bring it in (between Monday and Thursday), you save 10% off your entire bill!

Carnegie Deli
Carnegie Deli is one of the most famous delis in New York City (anyone remember Adam Sandler's Chanukah Song?) established in 1937 located on 55th street. Carnegie deli is open for most of the day from 6:30 am until 4:00 am. So no matter what time of day, you can always satisfy your deli cravings! While it is most famous for its outrageous meat platters, it is the preferred cheesecake place for many post-Broadway show. Their other sweet specialty that are meant to be a meal are their Blintzes that can be topped with an array of delights. Blintzes range from $11-$14 and their cheesecakes are all $10.
